Information Updates, Requests and Related Forms
To help make the process of updating your information more convenient, SBA has now made available several online forms that you may utilize to request a change of ownership, change of address and other changes to contact information. We also have provided a form to facilitate the processing of any property tax reimbursement allowed for under your lease agreement.
SBA encourages Landowners to take advantage of our direct deposit payment option. For your convenience, the direct deposit enrollment form is also available online. Upon completing the direct deposit form, please be advised it may take several months for the direct deposit to become effective. In the interim, you will continue to receive your payment in the form of a check as you normally would.
