SBA's 401(k) Plan is on the cutting edge of investment and retirement planning. Up to 100% of pre-tax earnings can be deferred into any number of different investment funds including a managed investment product. For every $1.00 an employee defers into the plan, SBA contributes $0.50 up to a maximum company match of $3000 per calendar year.
